Is there still a Sky VIP area at the O2?

I can't find the O2 sky VIP lounge on my Sky app, is it still a thing and if so how do I book ?

Why have you taken free backstage passes at the O2  events? My son is going to see Coldplay this Friday and I promised I would get him passes as my other son had some last time with you I was so disappointed to see that you no longer have them available anymore I have been a valued customer for many many years

As you are not talking to Sky support on here but to customers I would suggest emailing the ticketing team about this - support @ skyticketit.com (no spaces)

I would think those disappeared with the suspension of live events during the pandemic and haven't been reinstated.

Sky left the O2 at the end of July to make way for 'other partners' to use the space. 

So no more free backstage passes I'm afraid...

The funny thing is, the 'other partners' that have taken over the space are actually Virgin Money!

The space previously occupied by 'Sky Backstage' now appears be this:

I have been using Sky Lounge everytime I see a live show at the O2. I just tried to book the lounge today, went to Sky VIP but there is no O2 lounge showing. Can you tell me what's happened and if it's still available how do I book. Cause you can't do it though the SKY VIP app anymore ??

Currently 4 venues are in the vip app for booking. These like everything else in the World are subject to change.

PRebooking is essential as soon as possible for an eve t (please don't leave it to the last minute as you may be dissapointed when it is full and no more places are available)
