Inactive Netflix account wont link to Sky
I have an old netflix account which i currently do not use. I have followed the sky instructions by simply logging in with my sky ID information to follow instructions and link Netflix to my sky account. However, Netflix is trying to set me up as a paying customer. Some help on how to resolve this would be great. Thank you!

Might be worth adding which TV service you have, Sky Q, Sky Stream or Sky Glass?
Have a read of this Sky help article on activating or signing in to Netflix.
It goes through the process for both Sky Q and Sky Stream/Glass.
