I'm going on holiday & want to turn my tv off at the mains. Will my sky box still record my programs

Switching your TV off won't stop your Sky box recording.

Just joined and seen this! I'll be careful where I post my questions, dont want to make a simple mistake & have it thrown at me.
Posting your issue in the correct forum will help you get it infront of people more able to answer queries etc...
Example: if you post a Sky Q query in the Sky+ forum then people with Sky+ usually know nothing about Sky Q and are unlikely to be much help but there are many helpful people in the Sky Q forum with the right info that will help
