I cannot access this channel despite ising correct frequencies (as specified on sites since 01/01/2024 (10906.00 V 22000 DVB-S QPSK

No that's related to Freeview not satellite.

 

ITV3+1 is still broadcasting as normal on Sky/satellite but has changed transponder to:

 

10.891 H 22000 5/6 QPSK
