For two days now I've tried to watch football VIA the red button but it keeps coming up with fault WGT8 what is wrong

The red button games can also be watched via Sky Go or the Sky Sports app on mobile devices.

@Chalet if you are on the Sky Q platform can you look and see what firmware vrsion your box is on

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
