I'm not able to adjust the volume on my TV

I am unable to adjust the volume of my TV by either of the remoted

Please help

For Sky+/Sky Q:

For Sky Glass:
No set-up required.

For Sky Stream:

Sky Stream is treated like an app on your TV and is independent of your TV's volume. Check your TV's volume is at max or near max then try using your Sky remote again.  

Another thing to do is change the batteries in your remote and see if this fixed the issue.
