I have sky signature and thought that meant I had sky Atlantic but saying need upgrade

I have paid for sky signature and just went to watch a sky Atlantic series and it is saying I need to upgrade. I thought this was included?

Sky Alantic is included in the Signature package, but Sky Atlantic HD requires the HD add-on pack.

Just realised I have sky Atlantic Channel but I was trying to watch a series which is listed as a Sky Atlantic series. Can I not watch this without upgrading?

Note that on Sky Q you can change the default download format as described here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/downloading-on-sky-q 

which would then avoid the need to select the SD version each time.
