I have purchased now sky Tv but can’t get it on my my Tv using a now box

I can get sports on one laptop only.I have a Tv and have connected my now box to it but it doesn't recognise my membership ( I have downloaded the new software) . I have a new laptop and when I go into the downloaded app I am also not recognised as a member. I have already missed one day of the Test Match trying to speak to someone on the phone to sort out what is going on.  Please help

As this is'nt  Sky stream issue your post has been moved, Sky stream is a different service from Sky themselve.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
