I can get sports on one laptop only.I have a Tv and have connected my now box to it but it doesn't recognise my membership ( I have downloaded the new software) . I have a new laptop and when I go into the downloaded app I am also not recognised as a member. I have already missed one day of the Test Match trying to speak to someone on the phone to sort out what is going on. Please help
