You need to use a mobile device and an app to view most of the Sky Sports+ content when you are a Sky Plus subscriber

Customers with Sky+ where you've posted (with the full sports subscription) will receive the new Sky Sports+ Channel (412), but will not have access to the live streams as Sky+ is not compatible with the Sky Sports App.

Even though the SKY box doesn't support the new Sky Sports app that is showing the alternative games you can use the app on a mobile device such as iphone/ipad or Android mobile or tablet (but unfortunately not on a desktop)

While what @Daniel0210 and @Annie+UK is correct, it doesn't apply to Saturday 3pm games but can to those that don't kick off at 3pm like the 12.30pm games.

My mistake there. It's now a novelty to have a 3pm kick off.
