I cant get on to discovery+ app

Im trying to get onto discovery + app which i have through my sky account but when I put the email address in linked to my sky account to log in it just comes back saying no discovery + account linked to this account

Me neither. I've been trying for days to activate my account but it doesn't work. Can someone help please?
