The puck is the small sky box used for Sky Stream.
What Sky TV service do you have Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream?

If it's the TV app and you're not using a Sky Box then you need to check your TV manual to sort out the my5 app as Sky don't provide support for other manufacturers products only their own products.
