I can no longer access My5 on my TV

I have lost access to My5.  Happened just recently

The puck is the small sky box used for Sky Stream.

 

What Sky TV service do you have Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream?

@Eileen30  Post has been moved as the forum you posted in is for Sky Stream puck issues, not non Sky related TV app issues as you posted.  If it's the TV app and you're not using a Sky Box then you need to check your TV manual to sort out the my5 app as Sky don't provide support for other manufacturers products only their own products.
