How can I book an engineer visist to re-route my sky cable after building work?
I've had some building work done at home and the current route of the sky cable goes through the area, so I need the cable re-routing. I can't seem to talk to anyone to book an engineer visit, and I received a message saying that my problem had been fixed yesterday, even though no action had been taken. Please advise on the next steps.

You'll need to call, again, I'm afraid. When the call answering bot asks why you're calling, try remaining silent and you should eventually be asked if,you want to speak to an adviser.

You can get the contact details for Sky by going here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-plus-error-message-broken-image
- Keep clicking on "Next step" about 4 times.
- Then click "No, I still need help"
- Then click "I'm having trouble with my TV 📺"
- Finally click "I would rather get in touch 📞"
This will then show ways of getting in touch on Sky.
In Ireland, one can call, text via SMS or text via WhatsApp.
Alternatively, you can click on Sky's Virtual Assistant, and just keep typing "I need an agent please".
