@Th13 You posted this originally in the broadband section, however a satellite TV signal is nothing to do with broadband issues nor is your TV signal delivered over broadband.
Which Box do you have? Sky+HD or Sky Q?
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
