I am seeing a serious amount of repeat questions, like "why has this channel closed?", "why is there ads on a susbscription service?", "why is this channel not showing for me?", etc.
Is there a way an admin/super user/oracle could create and pin these and similar questions, so they don't get asked over and over again? Or if they are asked again, they can be integrated into the generic question?
An idea would be to create a #tag for everyone to use to indicate to the admins (etc) that a post could be pinned and the title changed to a more generic one.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Anonymous As we are all aware even pinned topics are completely ignored by a lot of forum visitors who will still raise a post regardless of one existing.

Exactly why an admin (etc) could transfer or incorporate it into the generic question. And also the use of a tag, so then admins would know to transfer it, or consider transferring it.
