Fury vs Usyk 2 - Sky Sports Box Office

The next live event being shown on Sky Sports Box Office is Tyson Fury vs Oleksandr Usyk on the 21st December. 

If you're a Sky Q or Sky+ customer, you can order the event online from today or use your remote from the 14th December.

If you're a Streaming TV customer, you can only order the event using your remote from the 13th December. 

How do I order using my remote? 

Sky Q Remote 

• Press Home on your Sky Q remote, select TV guide or Sports, followed by Box Office.
• Select the event and enter your Sky TV PIN if prompted.
• You can also buy a Box Office event in the TV Guide or Mini Guide by selecting it and pressing R on your Sky Q remote.

Sky Glass/Stream Remote

• Press Home on your Sky remote.
• Select the event from the menu.
• Enter your Sky TV PIN, if enabled or select Purchase.

Sky+HD Remote 

• Press Box Office on your Sky remote and press Select.
• Highlight the event you would like to book, then press Select.
• Press the R button on your Sky remote to record the event.
• You’ll see a message saying ‘Checking purchase information’ then a message confirming the purchase will be displayed.

Want to order online instead? If you've got Sky Q or Sky+HD you can. With Streaming TV, you can only order using your Sky remote.

To book online:

• Check your Sky box is connected to an active telephone line, or home broadband.
• Make sure you have the correct viewing card inserted in your Sky box.
• Go to sky.com/boxoffice and choose the event you’d like to order.
• Sign in with your Sky iD email/username and password.
• Confirm your order.

Good to know: If you order online, you won’t be able record the Sky Box Office event. To record events, you need to order using your remote.

Box office says unavailable on my sky+ HD box. Is there  problem with this at the minute?

Is it just me or is Box Office not working, I've been getting this error code: PPV_3000:VPF_-1017 or a black screen with a spinning circle on my two iPads and iPhone since 16:30.

I've rebooted everything and got a good broadband speed.
