Discussion topic: Free Apple TV stopped working

Signed up to the free Apple tv trial and it stopped working after the first week was up.

I try to get support from Apple but get told I can't log in because my Id isn't active so can't get the help.

Getting annoying now going round in circles.

Any ideas?
