Does anyone know how I can get my wiring extended so I can move my tv to another part of the living room ?

You can buy extension kits for the cables from the satellite dish. Do a search on Amazon - they're pretty inexpensive and easy to do it yourself.

Do you mean a satellite cable?

You will need a cable and a connecter. In the image, the connecter is on the left. This particular one is from Amazon, and is used as an example. Of course, other ones are available.
