Episode 4 of Viking Quest: America is missing

Episode 4 of the series Viking Quest: America is missing from the lists of downloadable episodes available on my Sky box and on Sky Go. I would be grateful if someone could advise me how to go about contacting Sky about this issue as I can't find an appropriate option within Sky's Help menus. Many thanks, Alison.

you could email viewer relations on ViewerR@sky.uk as they could help this

also be careful, there is an expiry date on the series of 23rd december

Many thanks for your help with this - very much appreciated  😄  I've emailed Sky using the address you provided so fingers crossed the issue can be fixed before the series expiry date later this month..
