Does Sky Signature package not come with access to Sky Atlantic

I have Sky Signature but I cannot watch Sky Atlantic - why is this?

If you have Sky Q then watching the HD version of Atlantic (or any on-demand content in HD from that channel) requires the Sky HD add-on.
