Disney+ app freezing & turning off

Can anyone help? Over the last 2 months, when we have accessed the Disney+ app via Sky, as we're watching something, it freezes, buffers and sometimes goes to black screen. We have had no changes to our equipment or Internet connection. Can anyone at Sky support us please? Thanks.
