Yes indeed, it is just an Test Transmision yet. And My Sky+ Box shows and "Upgrade your Subscription" Message without a phone number other Infos. Is an Internal Test.

Somewhat unclear what you are protesting about.

There's presumably a business argument for Disney Junior to return to broadcast if their analysis demonstrates they lost the youngest demographic when it ceased transmission and moved in-app.

Not entirely sure what you mean, as there has been no confirmation of another feed being in testing to confirm that Disney are launching another channel alongside Jr. 

Granted, given that they've tested the broadcast of Disney Channel programming, I'm not ruling it out, just that we only know that Jr is relaunching so far.

I'm looking for Disney Channel on Sky Channel 606 and Disney Junior on Sky Channel 610 and Virgin Media Channel 721 and 722 and I love to see when it's back after Star turns into Hulu. It was the first premiere of "Big City Greens" and "Pupstruction".

I've looked and it doesn't say what channel numbers Disney is so I'm wondering if Disney will be later in October now instead of Monday October 6th @nolte
