Cheltenham town supporter. I had hoped to be able to watch their L2 this season on Sky Sports +. But when they are scheduled to be on, their match is not included in the ,enu of available games. Why?

You could try emailing viewer relations at viewerR@sky.uk as they may be able to help.

Customers with Sky+ (with the full sports subscription) will receive the new Sky Sports+ Channel (412), but will not have access to the live streams as Sky+ is not compatible with the Sky Sports App.

Even though the SKY box doesn't support the new Sky Sports app that is showing the alternative games you can use the app on a mobile device such as iphone/ipad or Android mobile or tablet (but unfortunately not on a desktop)

The match away at Chesterfield was broadcast on the new Sky Sports+ streaming service which you will either need to upgrade to Sky Q/Glass or Stream to see or use the Sky Sports app on a phone or tablet.
Their next match is at home to Accrington Stanley on Tuesday 1st October at 7.45pm and others that you can see yourself here:
