Where has the Channel 4 content available for download gone? They were available two weeeks ago.
The missing programmes could be found under the Sky Q box drop down menu headings:
Catch Up TV - Channel 4 - All
Programmes from Channel 4, including whole series from Walter Presents, have been replaced by a hotch-potch of programmes from, amongst others, BBC 3/4 and Crime Investigation.
The Channel 4 content that is now missing have been available since Sky and Channel 4 inked a cross-platform partnership in 2021.
I look forward to a reply. All the best, Len

Is there a member of staff available to discuss/respond? Thanks, Len

Channel 4 is still available for me, under both Catch-up TV and On Demand. Is there a particular programme you're looking for?

You may need to be aware that Catch up - is just that and generally only has 2 weeks worth.
On demand is the where to look beyond that.
Of course On demand may also expire and you should check if it shows an expiry/availble until date (unfortunately this only shows in the last month)

Unfortunately not on a public forum. This forum is designed primarily for Sky customers to talk to other Sky customers to help offer advice and suggestions. I'd suggest following the advice provided by @nigea99 and contacting the Sky Viewer Relations Team who should be able to refer the problem to the correct backoffice team to resolve.

Thanks for the replies everyone, and special thanks for the Sky email address. I've now written to viewer relations asking for their views.
Much appreciated!
