I suggested TLC HD to be on 347, but they didn't change it. TLC HD is on 828 in Ireland.

Can anyone tell how to get TLC+1 back. Its disappeared from my listing altogether. I'm on Sky+ subscription so customer service won't help me. Thanks

Are you in Ireland?
Discovery + 1 channels were removed from the EPG , explains why Really+ 1 didn't launch in Ireland in January

From my comment in the April changes:
If one is in Ireland, one can manually tune the Discovery +1 channels, provided one has the Sky Signature subscription, here are the details:
Discovery Channel +1,
Food Network +1,
Quest Red +1,
Investigation Discovery +1,
Discovery Turbo +1,
Discovery Science +1,
Discovery History +1 and
Animal Planet +1:
Frequency: 12.032
Polarisation: H
Symbol rate: 29.5
FEC: 2/3
Standard: DVB-S2
Modulation scheme: 8PSK
TLC +1,
Quest +1,
DMAX +1 and
Really +1:
Frequency: 12.382
Polarisation: H
Symbol rate: 29.5
FEC: 2/3
Standard: DVB-S2
Modulation scheme: 8PSK
To add channels (Sky Q) :
- Press the Home button (it's the button directly above the blue button)
- Scroll down to SETTINGS and press Select (the middle circle button inside the arrows, with the white dot)
- Scroll down to MANUAL TUNING and press Select
- If there are channels there, scroll down to ADD A CHANNEL and press select
or
Go to ADD A CHANNEL and press Select. - Edit the settings as per the tuning details as above.
- Select FIND CHANNELS.
- Select the channels you want to save
- Select SAVE CHANNELS
To watch a channel in Manual Tuning:
Follow steps 1 to 4 above then Select the channel you want to watch.
Live rewind, pause, recording (etc.) are not supported for channels in Manual Tuning.
If you're on Sky+HD, how to add manual channels can be found here.
