Tuesday 8th November

• Challenge (Satellite 152) swaps EPG numbers with Sky Replay (Satellite 145) 

Wednesday 9th November

• NOW 90s (Satellite 363) Changes name to NOW XMAS 

Friday 11th November

• Sky Drama (Satellite 310 - Glass 310) renames to ​​​​Sky Christmas/SkyChristmasHD 

Monday 14th November

• BT Sport Ultimate UHD Launches to EPG number 493 on Satellite and on Sky Glass
• France 24 HD is now available on Sky Glass at 512 in the UK and 510 in the Republic of Ireland

Tuesday 15th November

• ITV (Satellite 103) renames to ITV 1 

• ITV HD (Satellite 803 - Glass 103) renames  to ITV 1 HD

That HD pack is getting smaller again with the ITV HD channels going FTA.

No doubt that HD pack will go up by 50p - £1 per month with next years price rises.

It is the decision from ITV to make their HD channels free-to-air, and has nothing to do with Sky.

You're very welcome. But my point is that you're putting two companies together and complaining as if they are related, which they are not. ITV and Sky are separate entities. (removed)

But I feel your complaint will fall on deaf ears on Sky's end, as when you started receiving/using Sky, you agreed to a contract. If you don't like it, try comparing your contract/bill/offers/availability of services or channels (etc.) with other providers. They may be more suited to you.

Sky have answered this before or previous month's updates. They have said when they get updates, they post them. The updates are usually for the week ahead.
