Re: Changes to the Sky TV guide - August 2022

@Kirsty+Samuel Mentioned that BT say you will get it

This doesn't excuse the fact that why can't sky come out and say why we can't get it and the typical continual silence to why the delay. Customers deserve better

Re: BT sports UHD

BT Sport Ultimate doesn't appear to be available for me at the moment as either a channel or red button on Sky Glass. Anyone know if there's been a delay to launch?

Re: Changes to the Sky TV guide - August 2022im

I'm disappointed. I was looking forward, now watch in HD. I hope it's only a delay for another week.

Feel free to ask Sky for a refund of the huge amount extra you're paying to get BT Sports in UHD.

If Sky were to say something like "the UHD multiplexing thurgelwhanger has failed delta process validation and needs replacing" would you be happy??

I heard the thurgelwhanger issues was why the UHD in EPG issue took so long.

It's very similar to a Whatchamacallit. It's made up. See post number 50 above.

@Chloe-W22 Like the previous message, could we possibly have some form of update? I know it's hard and you probably can't say much, but anything is better then nothing 😉

But I can confirm that on the BT forums a helpful dev has pointed out that the delay is due to a technical issue which has no timescale currently for a fix.
