@UT393 wrote:@Kelsingra Great Idea... So these kinds of sister channels were returned as Tiny Pop then shutting down GREAT! real a very odd sight range and probably just systematically wan't to bring back kids section after closure in 5 months ago, What should be noted about 618 moves to 628 but 620/621 left gaps. 😂
The decisions in relation to Great and Pop tv stations is outside of sky's control, they both seem to be owned by a company called Narrative Entertainment UK Limited, having bought the stations from Sony Pictures Television in 2021

Apologies for my ignorance but what does low latency channels mean and how do they compare to the other ones? Is it to do with live events and action not so far behind? Should I be watching 922 instead of 401 or vice versa
Yes l can also see 921 (HD) and 922 (UHD)

These low latency channels are around 20 seconds ahead of the normal channels etc so you don't get any spoilers 😁

It is for Streaming Channels where there is a delay - Live sports are the ones where people are most bothered about such a delay & the low latency is aimed at redcing that delay.

Thank you both. So what you are saying, especially for live events, is watch 922 and not 401?
19 Aug 2024 09:38 AM
Yeah definitely, I would definitely recommend that 👍

@D+Hig You so helpful thank you. I will try it for the Leicester game tonight in hoping they win lol.
I wonder then if 401 will eventually become that?
19 Aug 2024 09:43 AM
Same here too, plus the higher up the TV Guide the better at remembering the numbers 😆

Agreed @D+Hig . For anyone from Sky on here and if you are able to help, will this be happening in the next update or sooner? It makes more sense having them swapped round
19 Aug 2024 10:24 AM
The sooner the better and I will keep a look out 👍
19 Aug 2024 10:39 AM
Keep us posted if you can @D+Hig there is no reason why it can't be done?

Once Sky are satisfied the low latency channels are as stable as the normal ones (they can be more affected by broadband issues - congestion, etc) I'm sure they'll make them easier to access.

Tried to watch this channel but all I get is a black screen 922 so just watching it on 401

For some reason it has been stuttering like mad tonight unfortunately. I'm on channel 903 instead
