It is in the Apps &  inputs section rail, pan down from the Home rail, listed under Sports.

The voice option for the app is not working yet ( it's still bringing up the promo that has been ther last few days),  that normally takes a few days to swap over.

Once launched it will be in your Recent home rail to go in and out also.

@Super+Anthony The phone app may not need an actual update the streams may just appear in the watch section of the app 

there are multiple tennis matches from 4pm today so check the app then

I have just had a browse on the App on both the Q box and Glass TV. 

For the news articles, the Q box def seemed snappier which I was surprised at. 

 Obviously unable to compare the live sport when tennis starts as only got the Q subscription now. 

I do like the app design and def inline with Glass/Stream.

Who knows they might realign Q down the line. Cant imagine that would cost much.
Afterall there was a suggestion the Q box could function as a streaming device at the end of the satellite, but plenty of time in the old dog yet.

Is it just me or is this just a shiny coat of paint for the red button? I suppose at least there is a proper way to exit this unlike the tennis streams.

Sky Sports is 1 of 44 pending iPhone app updates for me 

It shows a date of 1 August but wasnt there this morning and the description doesnt refer to Sky Sports +

I have version 10.69 which was updated 4 days ago, so it seems as if at this stage the Sky sports app on the phone has not been updated

@Super+Anthony  the live tennis streams have just gone live for me on the mobile app under watch tab then all
