Can’t make sky bet account

Hi I'm trying to make a sky bet account but Everytime I put my details and go foward it says oops there was a problem making your account please speak to a member of your support team. This is really frustrating can any one help me?

'Sky Betting and Gaming' aka 'Sky Bet' is the trading name of an entirely different company called Bonne Terre Limited (part of Flutter Entertainment plc) which licenses some trademarks and copyright branding from Sky Group.  Sky themselves have nothing to do with Sky Bet operations, and don't hold a Gambling Commission license.
