Can’t find vue tickets for March

Hi, I've had the cinema upgrade for a couple of months and used my free vue tickets before but I can't find them for this month! If I click on Sky VIP on the bottom right of the MySky app then it takes to me a page where I can click on See my rewards but it just takes me back to the home page in a loop. I have deleted and reinstalled the app but just can't find the tickets. My friend has the sand problem on her app.. Anybody experiencing the same or can help me point to where the tickets are? Thanks!

They are there but it appears that for whatever reason the app isn't working correctly as not only should you see these tickets you should see other rewards and competitions so do you have another device that you could install the app on to see what happens.
