Sky isn't availble outside of the UK and Ireland so you would need to look into local broadcasters.

They don't have Sky in America, they will have local versions of some of the channels that are available in the UK.

The broadcast footprint from Astra 28.2E doesn't reach anywhere near that part of the Mediterranean, so even the naughty trick of using a really big dish (like every 'Sports Bar' in Spain) won't work.

No-one in the USA has Sky Television from Sky Group (a division of the Comcast Corporation) but there's an now-unrelated company of the same name in Mexico which will have some spill over the southern border.

Just to expand your comment regarding Sky in Mexico:

In 1996, Sky México launched. It was a joint venture between News Corporation, Televisa, Liberty Media, and Grupo Cisneros. At this time Sky, which was owned by News Corporation (Rupert Murdoch) and partners decided to expand to Mexico as part of their global expansion.

News Corporation at the time controlled DirecTV in the US. In 2005, News Corporation sold its controlling stake in DirecTV to Liberty Media. Liberty Media and Grupo Televisa (then owners of Sky Mexico) continued to hold the rights to use the "Sky" brand in Mexico.

In 2015, AT&T finalised buying DirecTV from Liberty Media. As of today, Grupo Televisa holds 58.7% and AT&T (through DirecTV Latin America) holds 41.3%.
