Can I watch Sky F1 on my caravan TV?

We're going away ina few weeks and will be away for the Belgian and Hungarian GP.

we have a TV on board with regular free view channels and a FireStick, is there anyway to watch SkyF1 on the TV?

You can download the NOW TV app and subscribe to Sky Sports (at additional cost) on a Firestick. You can subscribe for a single day or for a month at a time if you like. It gets you all the same Sky Sports channels including F1. 

Alternatively, if you have a multiscreen or Whole Home subscription as part of your Sky package, you can use the Sky Go app for Apple TV boxes. You can pick up one of those second hand for usually less than £100. They're a compact and very versatile streaming device.
