Bradford Bulls v Leeds Rhinos Unobtainable tonight

Not for the first time when there have been multiple SuperLeague games on SKY, they are unobtaianble on the red button. I have a full SKY Sports package, and I could get the HKR and the St Helens games this afternoon,, but not the Bradford v Leeds game this evening. . I do not want to watch wall-to-wall two-bit tennis touraments from the ends of the earth, which is where the red button took me.

Too late for you now, but this game was also on the BBC Red Button (Sky satellite channel 970)

Thanks for this, but it does not answer the question of why, with a relatively expensive full SKY Sports package , I cannot access it on the channel on which SKY had advertised it. Yet more of paying more for less, with its fixation with the Premier League football,  SKY does not now have the cycling Grand Tours and other professional races, the club rugby and the GAA sports., replaced with wall-to-wall minor tennis tournaments.

Those have been purchased by other platforms: for Sky to have outbid them the Sports subscription price would have to be considerably higher.

I fully understand that it is a question of money, but we all have our preferences and those preferences tend to determine the choices of packages we buy. It is however disappointing to agree a package for 18 months / two years and half way through you lose a lot of the content on which your original decision was made.

Perhaps worth noting there's typically a contract clause which gives a subscriber the right to insist upon release from a minimum subscription term under such circumstances.

Thanks to everyone who tried to explain why or how it happened, but I did not know then and i don't know now. If it repeats, I will know that there is a systems failure somewhere , but no-one anywhere will know what it is.
