Babylon Berlin season 4

Hi Everyone,

I am a new member from the United States, specifically  NYC.

I've been waiting for season 4 of this great series, supposedly available in September on Sky.

So, 3 questions:

1. Is there confirmation of September  for Season 4?
2. Is the Sky package available  to U.S.  customers,  so I can see this season?
3. Netflix bought rights to the first 3 seasons but that ,supposedly, wont happen until January 2023.   So, ideally, I'd love to subscribe directly  to Sky  so I can see it on my Apple TV.

I'm afraid not as Sky UK is only available to customers in the UK and Ireland.

There is yes and according to this website it airs on Sky Germany in October. This site that you are posting on is for Sky UK and Ireland only.

"

So, does this mean that on Oct 8,  if you have the HBO app and SKY  TV access, the show will be available?

If true, Can I access SKY UK from my locaiton in the United States?

You can't watch any Sky UK content overseas. You need a UK based address in order to obtain the UK based service. The Sky Go app on Apple TV is only for those with an existing Sky UK subscription & cannot be used elsewhere. 
HBO Europe has the rights for the show in European countries but again, you will not be able to view it from the US without an appropriate subscription. 
Netflix currently have the rights for seasons 1-3 of Babylon Berlin in the USA so you'll probably have to wait for season 4 to drop there. It'll certainly be the easiest (and legal) way to see it.

Is VPN access allowed,legal?   

I believe it is legal in the U.S.

Legal, yes, but Sky don't support VPN connections.

In order to sign up for sky in uk and ireland, there is a requirement to have a physical location in UK or Ireland for installation of the Sky box or sky glass tv.

What about signing up for NOW?

You need a UK address and UK registered credit/debit card to sign up.

Does NowTV block SmartDNS?

Google search suggests that it does block that.

But this is a sky customer forum, not a nowtv forum.
