There is a foult (no sound) at 47min on Shazam! Fury of the Gods movie with Skyglass. It it is not a usser issue is a sky faulty.
The problem started yesterday Fri the 15th today is Sat the 16th and is not fixed yet 🤔

Just phoned sky about Shazam sound issue they told me not to record it in UHD, and to use HD instead, so not very impressed so why I'm I being charged for a service that I can't use.

I have Sky Glass and UHD is working. It's just the HDR that's not working.

At my parents home trying to watch this in UHD and have deleted, deleted forever and the buzzing sound is still there. Gast forwarded to later in kovoe and no help. Very poor service considering how much they are charged for movies and UHD

Yes problem with audio starts around 43mins in.
tried deleting and re-downloading. Same problem.
tried changing format from uhd to hd and it wouldn't download, just took me to the live showing which was near then end soon use.

Tha only way to watch Shazam! Fury of the Gods is by changing the format to HD.

Seems to be everybody, me included. Until Sky decide to fix the UHD recording seems there is nothing that can be done to rectify this.

@mappion have you reported this to Sky as per my previous post you need to contact viewer relations at viewerR@sky.uk

Looked this morning and it seems that Sky are now aware of this problem, since the UHD HDR download option for this particular movie has been removed.
The UHD version is there and downloaded this version (after first deleting the HDR version fully from my recordings section). Tested out the new UHD only download and the audio problem has gone.

Watching the recorded UHD HDR version at 44 mins sound issues, sounds like a machine gun. Deleted it several times but always there.
Tried switching to the TV's internal speakers but the same, all other content is fine.
Anyone else?
