Audio problems when watching download of new shazam

I have the same issue.  Sky Q, downloaded 4k HDR. 43mins in and sound just changes to what sounds like a pneumatic drill.

Deleted the download and deleted it from my deleted items.  Downloaded again, exact same issue at exact same point in the movie.

Having same issue too. Have also tried deleting and redownloading, but hasn't helped.

Sound goes at 43mins during Shazam has all day every time I try and watch it can you help

Yes exactly the same happened to me too. I have come back to watch it after 2 hours and still no different?

Same issue here but now its just a black screen as well and can not fast forward or rewind it. 
back to watching the darts for me it is lol

Called Sky this morning about this issue,still not fixed over 14 hours later.Think I'll have to watch "Chicken Run Dawn Of The Nugget".

I went into settings and put it into HD and not UHD and it worked ok. If anyone wants to try that.

It works on uhd as well. Seems the issue is on HDR

I was the same 44 minutes in and the sounds buzzing. Deleted from the Deleted to make sure then reinstalled and it didn't help.

Exactly the same for me on Sky Glass.

When Sky Glass works, it's pretty good. However, it regularly doesn't work and I regret buying it. 

I've had it for a few years now and thought the initial problems were just teething issues. 

Years later, it's still not reliable. I would not recommend Sky Glass to anyone.

I've changed the format from UHD/HDR to HD and it's worked!!

Just tried the same thing and it worked for me also.

The picture is poor quality because of the size of my screen but it's a definite fix for the problem.

Yeah HD is working. Dumb that they haven't fixed the UHD stream, but good that we can finish the film.
