The sound goes on 43 mins when watching it on Sky Glass, I have contacted sky saying this is a Sky issue not a user issue, however I still had to spend 10 mins going through the usual switch off and unplug routine before he stated what I had told him at the start of the call.
This is a Sky issue with the film not a user issue as I tried 4 times before contacting them.
Sky advisors need to be more savvy on the equipment there are talking about and stop reading from a script.
do this, do that, ooh you still have the same problem and wasting my time.
after 45 mins on the call there is no resolution the Sky team are working on it.
time frame we don't know

I called Sky, tried to fix it and still same issue so it was only reported.

Yep just watching and audio goes weird at 43m and can't watch hdr 4k
any update yet.
brother watching in another room in HD and no sound problem at 43m so must be just 4k hdr issue.
maybe just Dolby atmos I'll try turning it off see what happens. No differents on sound system

Same on download on Sky Q. Seems OK live but wanted to watch it in 4K HDR. Thought it was a dodgy download, but I deleted and redownloaded, still the same 🤷

Yeah having the same issue on Glass. Restart doesn't help.
