Assenza segnale satellitare

Ciao a tutti. Chiedo un Vs parere. Qui in veneto Ovest sta piovendo a dirotto da 3 giorni con copertura nuvolosa totale e permanente. Il segnale satellitare è assente. Secondo voi è un guasto da me o è cosa generalizzata? La TV da errore 33a1 segnale satellitare assente. Grazie ciao

You have joined and then posted on the UK Sky Community forum. We have no idea what might be affecting your satellite signal in the Veneto region. You need to find the Italian forum if there is one.

@AL9999 You need to contact Sky Italia, you've contacted Sky UK in this forum and as Sky UK only service customers in the UK & Ireland they won't be able to assist.

 

Devi contattare Sky Italia, hai contattato Sky UK in questo forum e poiché Sky UK serve solo i clienti nel Regno Unito e in Irlanda, non saranno in grado di fornire assistenza.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Probably an issue with dish alignment, but Sky Italia uses different satellites to Sky UK.
