Are there supposed to be sub titiles or closed caption on the latest Frasier series on Paramount +

ARE THERE SUPPOSED TO BE SUB OR CAPTION TITLES  FOR THE NEW FRASIER SERIES ON PARAMOUNT PLUS ??

IF YES PLSE GIVE ME EXPLICIT DETAILS ON HOW TO ACCESS

Sky Q:
On Paramount+, while watching Frasier (or any show):

1. Press SELECT (Circle light blue button with white dot) to pause
2. Use the UP arrow key
3. Use the RIGHT arrow key and move over to "Subtitles & Audio" (see image)
4. Press SELECT
5. Using the DOWN arrow keys scroll down to "American English" or "English (U.S.)"
6. Press SELECT. A checkmark should appear beside it.
7. Press the BACK  button (looks like an left arrow in a box, above the VOLUME UP key) to return to your programme.

Paramount+ website:
You can view the subtitles by hovering over the video with your mouse and selecting "Subtitles + Audio  in the top right corner. Then select "American English" or "English (U.S.)".
