I am in the same situation...same message but reading the previous comments it looks like its a bigger problem than they first thought as it is still not solved...Lets hope they find a solution soon

Just added Apple TV to the apps on my Smart TV and it works fine once I signed in.

Had the same issue for the last 5 days. Just called Sky and they are aware of the problem and have been told that are working on a fix but have no time scale. 
I have resorted to downloading the Apple app to the fire stick as works perfectly through that.

My Apple TV still does not work. Says there is an internet issue. The internet is fine

we are paying for a service we cannot access - and have not been able to for 4 days

have had the same issue for over a week and I've seen previous posts advising a fix was being completed 'that evening' but the fault remains. Is there a timeframe for when this new fix will be completed?

Apple TV app not working

Every time I try the app it says I have no internet connection- all the other app

like Netflix and Disney work fine. Any suggestions please?
