No Apple TV

Same issue as a lot of people on here., cannot access Apple TV via Sky Q box since 11/12/25. Apple TV is working on other TV's & mobile.
 If Sky & Apple say there is no problem how is this going to get fixed??

I lost connectivity to Apple TV on Saturday 13th on my QBox. Still not restored yet. Apple TV does connect directly on my android TV so no problem with the Apple account. This must be a Sky issue.

Thanks for your update Kev. Nice to get some sort of update from Sky.

Hopefully it will be sorted tonight. But can you tell all of us, Kev, how Apple & Sky will compensate us for 5 days lost of being able to access Apple TV? It has been a total farce.

Is this fix only for people with a Sky Q box? I can't seem to get a fix for Sky glass?

i still have this problem as at 17:48 16th Dec...Apple TV hasn't worked thru Sky Q for several days.

are you confident it'll be fixed tonight?

Hi. I keep getting an error when I try to open Apple TV. Says I don't have a network connection. Other apps connect mostly okay. Intermittent error message on sky Q box saying I have no connection. Currently using wired. Broadband checker says no issues. 

Tried pulling power on the router and the sky q box. 

what else can I try?

AppleTV not working with SkyGlass yet is on my phone so is fault with Sky. Says Could Not Connect  All broadband working.  Other channels working. AppleTV also working in my iPhone and iPad. It's been like this since the beginning of the weekend and we want to get back to watching Wild Frobtier but are now inconvenienced. Thank you.

Anyone else's Apple app not working? I've done all of the suggested fixes but nothing works.  Just says can't connect to internet which is rubbish as every other app works

My Apple TV won't connect all other apps are connecting looks like this has been an ongoing issue that has not been resolved.
