Tried everything Apple TV not working on Sky Glass

My apple set which i use to watch eir tv in ireland is working but the picture keeps jumping and skipping...only new to sky glass as of the past hour...has this been an ongoing issue as we specifically ask about this at purchase and we told itd be no issue

I've had this same problem since Saturday. I was about to try the 001 reset but have seen posts from others that say this hasn't worked. I recall someone saying it did work for them. Not sure what to do. I've seen the post from the Sky employee that they will update. We got Apple to watch a couple of series. We have finished one and are half way through the 2nd. If it isn't sorted by the end of the week I'll just cancel my subscription and re subscribe if and when it's sorted.

We have the problem but don't have Sky or BT broadband so it must be something else.

I've tried to AirPlay but unfortunately can't get mirror screening to work

I have a Panasonic TV and the Apple TV app stopped working a few days ago. The interesting this is if you subscribe to Apple TV through Amazon Prime you can can Apple TV programs.

We have the same issue here, also since the weekend.  We have power cycled both the WiFi and the sky box and tried the 001 app update.  No luck.  Has anyone found a solution that works?

I spoke with a support worker at Apple today after my second call to sky who told me it was not a sky issue,

the reason I and many are getting 'no internet' is because if you have bt broadband or sky broadband they have upped their security port and blocking Appletv app. Apple are working on it as quickly as possible I was told. They hope it will be resolved bin couple of days

@KevNewMedia why has this not been resolved yet? Surely Sky should be prioritising this issue. That's 4 days and still not sorted!
