Apple TV won’t connect

We are on Sky Glass and same problem.  Most posts on here are about Sky Q - anyone else on Glass?

Same problem here. Been on to Sky Service but no help at all. Went 24hrs last week without Sky broadband and, therefore, no television. Have requested compensation but nothing offered. Time to find a new provider.

Tried at 10.50pm and apple tv not working. Any specific time when it is meant to start working?

For the love of god, can you fix this please?????  Three nights in a row we've all sat down to watch Pluribus, only to get the same "could not connect to Apple TV - check your internet connection" message. All other apps on sky q box work perfectly well. Nothing wrong with internet.

All sorted at last. Sign in came up and working again.

Hurray! App connected this morning, just had to sign in. Our friends with Virgin media were also able to connect this morning, it was definitely an Apple issue.
