Anyone had trouble trying to download Master Chef Australia on W channel in SD (I don’t have HD)

I've managed to watch half the series and hav just upgraded to sky Q and cannot download it now.... 😣

Is it asking you to upgrade because on Sky Q the default download is in HD so you need to change it to SD:

 

Press Home on your Sky Q remote and select Settings, then Setup. Select Preferences, then 'On Demand default download format', and choose SD.

The confusing bit was that it allows me to change the HD SD format on every other program other than this ????

 

however great fix !
