Animal cruelty shown on sky news.

• I think it's an absolute disgrace and unacceptable that a company such as Sky would publish a video of an animal being strangled by a person on their news site. This is showing animal cruelty and should never have been allowed to be broadcast. Children view this site and it is deeply distressing to watch. I have made a complaint against this and requested this to be removed as can be triggering for people and cruelty should not be promoted in any way regardless of the content of the news article that goes along with it. Whoever allowed this video to be published  should be ashamed of themselves it's absolutely disgusting content to find on an easy accessible and popular site such as Sky news and Sky should remove it immediately! People visit Sky news to catch up on current affairs and general news. We should not be exposed to sick individuals hurting animals or being cruel in any way. Shame on sky!

If it's on the sky news website does the complaint need to be raised directly with them?

this type of content has been on big media news sites before, although don't they normally put a warning at the start of the video like they would do if it's broadcast on TV
