As @angry+bryan specifically refers to on-demand consumption, I'm not sure that's covered by current regulation, which is specific to broadcast services.

 

Ofcom has an open call for evidence regarding the future of advertising time limits on PSB-remit channels (Channel 3 services (ITV and STV), Channel 4, Channel 5 and S4C) in an increasingly non-broadcast world.

It's wrong of Sky in my opinion for sky to be showing ads on premium channels.

Why should I be paying close to £80 a month plus they throw in adverts ontop.

Yes @SKY1992bf I only have Sky Sports Complete but showing  adverts and upcoming fixtures don't impact on my viewing experience whilst watching F1.
