Activation of discovery+

I wish to activate discovery+ however the email address I supply they say is incorrect. I only have one email address so I don't understan

Have you spoken to Discovery/Sky to see what email address was used as it might be that you made a mistake when entering it so perhaps you missed out or added an extra letter ?
