Accessing TNT channel with basic SKY sports package

I only want to watch international rugby and some tennis events but unless I pay extra I cannot.

 

why do we have to pay so much ?

@Glasgow3  Your post has been moved from the Accessibility board as your query has nothbing to do with Sky accessibility services.

 

TNT is not part of Sky Sports it os owned by WB/Discovery, therefore if you want to watch anything on Sports channels not owned by Sky you need to pay.  TNT have the righst to certain sports and need to recoup costs.  

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Because the rights owners of those franchises (plus, presumably, the clubs and players) would prefer to be making money rather than losing it?
