Hi, I have been trying to sign in on my Sky account on my windows 11 laptop using microsoft edge and all I get is a badly juddering screen ? This is only recent as I have signed in several weeks ago and it was no problem. It has been a week now and still cannot sign in. I phoned Sky and after a 31 minute wait the operator could not help me so I am stuck. My wife can sign in on her phone no problem and all my other places that I sign in are working fine it,s only Sky not working ? Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. Funnily enough I have just managed to sign in to my Sky account via this community page but if I try direct on Sky it still gives the juddering crazy screen. I will just have to sign in via this page in future then so at least I can now see my account again. Cheers.
