I had the same problem yesterday, I spoke to customer services and they said it was a known issue but they were unable to add Sky Cinema manually to my account at the discounted price. However they said if you go into the movies section on the Sky Stream homepage you can upgrade at the discounted price there. I checked and it does seem to work that way.
